2010 Suzuki SX4 Crank/No Start After Two(2) Engine Swap. P0335 Crank Shaft Sensor Malfunction

Shop owner states.. the customer brought in their vehicle about a month ago with a crank-no start. Initially, the vehicle came in for the loss of compression issues. The client supplied an engine, but this engine also had low compression. He informed them that the original engine is a coil on the plug engine, and they brought him a waste spark type engine (someone told them that it could work). He decided to install it and, upon completion. It still didn't want to start. They brought a two coil pack engine to put in. Initially, it had a four coil pack engine in. This didn't work out for them because it lacked compression. The garage had to take it out, and they sorted another 2 coil pack engine. Now the vehicle doesn't want to start. So basically, they are trying to use the ECU and harness from a 4 coil pack engine on a 2 coil pack engine by switching the valve cover. This is when he reached out to me.
