Foul Bay Fishing Holiday | Beach Fishing with the Kids (SA)

Sometimes the best trips are the simple ones — just the kids, the coast, and a bit of fishing. We headed over to the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia, stopped for lunch at Black Point, then made our way down to Foul Bay where we set up camp right on the coast. The kids spent the afternoon exploring rock pools, kicking the footy around, and enjoying camp life while the barbie fired up — even had a converted bus roll into camp next to us. We were up early the next morning and took the boat out chasing King George Whiting. The fishing was great, although Dad had a bit of a mishap out on the water. After packing up, we moved on to Marion Bay Caravan Park to clean the fish and reset camp. 👉 In Part 2, we explore the national park and some of the incredible beaches around the Yorke Peninsula.
