Silverstone - Crash and Action - BRSCC Weekend - March 2025

With this meeting being held on the Silverstone GP circuit, which although I'm sure is great to drive, isn't necessarily the best to spectate; I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good it turned out to be! Long laps mean that you don't get to see the cars as often and some of the races end up only being 6-8 laps which is a shame when you're at one corner, but all races seemed to make the small number of laps count. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every category that raced this weekend, especially the new BRSCC sprint series... To see a Lamborghini and a Porsche fighting amongst a gaggle of Fiestas really did make for quite the spectacle! I do hope the series really does take off. Unfortunately, this weekend we did seem to have a handful of really quite unlucky accidents, but thankfully everyone involved in any incidents walked away uninjured.
