Why Drake NEEDS to stop now...

Drake recently released two feature songs on Camilla Cabello’s new album C, XOXO, and it's a mix of emotions; I can't tell if I should be happy or sad for him. While its a moment to celebrate his return to the industry, it comes with a twist. This time, Drake is taking on a full-on pop star role, moving away from his previous confident and bragging persona in hip-hop. Many things have changed as Kendrick has taken the lead in the hip-hop scene. But at the same time, it's sad. It's heartbreaking to see Drake go from being named the artist of the decade to being the artist who can't even successfully defend his reputation. Ever since 'Not Like Us' was released, we have seen him make poor decisions, from bad collaborations to rapping over the BBL Drizzy beat to desperately seeking attention on social media. However, with these new features with Camila, we're torn between being happy for him to finally find a role after being displaced or feeling sad about how his rapping career is nosediving. Regardless, I think it might be best for Drake to stop now and take a breather.
