I’m the founder of JF Property Partners, which is an Airbnb business that is comprised of our own Airbnbs and Airbnbs that we manage for others. My mum and I are in this business together bringing in £150,000 per month thanks to our portfolio. I would like to briefly share my story below. Here’s my journey 18 years old: Went to University of Nottingham straight after A-Levels. 19 years old: Dropped out of University after realising it wasn’t for me. 19 years old: Secured a job at Amazon under their apprenticeship program. 20 years old: 80% of my team at Amazon got fired in tech lay offs in April 2023. 21 years old: Secured my first rent-to-rent deal in August 2023. 21 years old: By January 2024, I had scaled to 10 properties in my portfolio. 22 years old: in September 2024, I secured my first block deal, adding 9 properties through a joint venture 22 years old: Secured another block deal, adding 6 more again through a joint venture. 22 years old: acquired 8 flats through another block deal, this time without a joint venture partner. 22 years old: achieved our first £100,000 revenue month. Today, our portfolio has amounted to 53 Airbnbs. This is split between our own Airbnbs and ones we manage for others.
