Hi my name is Aaron Castledine and I am the owner of Dentless, Paintless Dent Repair in Perth, Western Australia. In this video, we are going to give you a very brief overview of how we quote a repair for paintless dent removal. Dents are priced on four main factors - size, depth, location and accessibility. Most dents we receive enquires for are your typical door dings. Here we have a sample door that has been totally stripped down, to just the metal frame. As you can see, there are three circles representing three separate dents. These are priced differently as you will soon understand. On most occasions, we would wind your window down, slide a tool in between your window and the dented door skin and slowly and strategically push the metal back to its original shape. The first dent is located in a very open section of the door which allows us lots of access and tooling options to repair. The second dent is located right behind the structural intrusion bar making our repair obstructed. In this circumstance, the second dent would be priced slightly higher due to the lack of access, as it makes our repair more challenging. The third dent is located behind sound deadener. This is why we never commit to an exact quote over the phone without having first seen the vehicle in person.
