The all new Springfield Echelon 4.0C or Echelon compact is here! You all have been asking and it’s finally hit the streets. As you could assume, this is just a smaller full size echelon. Comparable in size to a Glock 19 or Shadow Systems MR920, the compact echelon has a 15 round capacity with included 18 round magazine and a 4 inch barrel. it features everything else the full size gun has. We shot this pistol a lot and used the Vortex Defender ST red dot in a Safariland Incog X holster for a great EDC set up. For EDC or CCW this combo would be very capable and regardless of the situation you wouldn’t feel at a disadvantage due to the size of the pistol. We can certainly say it’s a much softer and comfortable pistol to shoot than the hellcat pistol. Check out the full review and let us know your thoughts!
