Welcome Back to food HAPPY! Today we are making a southern classic breakfast, Biscuits and Gravy and I'm showing you 3 different ways to serve it! I'm so glad you're here! Biscuits and Gravy: Ingredients: Biscuits (I use the Pillsbury ones) Tator Tots or Breakfast potatoes Glazed Donut 1lb Breakfast Sausage 4 Pieces of Bacon (chopped up) 1/3 Cup of Flour 2-3 Cups of Milk Salt and Pepper Directions: Step 1: Brown your sausage and bacon. Step 2: Once sausage and bacon is cooked, sprinkle the flour on top and mix it in. Once flour is soaked into meat, add 2 cups of milk and stir. Step 3: Add Salt and Pepper and stir. You are thickening up your gravy here, you want your burning on medium(ish) Depending on the milk you use you may need to add more milk. Stir until your gravy is a thick consistency. Step 4: Serve and Enjoy :)
