There are so many elements that goes into a Little Women Christmas. The Little Women Christmas depicted by Louisa May Alcott centers around family and connection above all else. There is a generosity and a spirit of giving. On social media, it has also become a trend and an aesthetic. While the meaning behind the holiday is the most important element of all, there is an old fashioned New England Christmas aesthetic that Little Women captures and I am so happy to share some of those elements with you today. For me, this is a classic New England Christmas. Living in an old New England village, Christmas feels like this every year. It is an absolute joy to return to the old ways and the traditions and decorations and activities that I love. I am so happy to share some of them with you from the natural decorations and garlands, to the books, activities, and everything in between. It is times like this when I wish I had a working fireplace to cozy up to. I grew up with a wood stove in our home for heat, so it doesn't feel quite as cozy without.
