Episode Nine: Down to the River & Up to the Castle. Road cycling in the Forest of Dean & Wye Valley.

A short loop around the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. We crossed over the Penallt Viaduct at Redbrook to cycle along the River Wye. We then crossed back, over the Bigsweir Bridge, to head up to St Briavels Castle. Beautiful country lanes throughout the whole route. The Dean isn't all Forest!
