#creamypasta #easypastarecipe #chickenbaconshrimp #loadedpasta Ingredients ———————- -Papardelle pasta or pasta of your choice 1 large chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces) 5 slices of applewood smoked bacon (you can add more if you like;) 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined) 4 oz fresh parmesan cheese All purpose seasoning to taste 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper to taste 1/2 tspGround white pepper to taste 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional) -1/8 tsp of salt or to taste 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder or to taste 1 yellow onion (chopped) 1 tsp garlic paste ( you can also use fresh minced garlic) 1 tsp ginger paste (you can also use fresh ginger root finely minced) 1 head of broccoli 1 pint half and half cream small handful italian parsley (finely chopped) Proceedure ————————- PREP Cut chicken breast into bit size pieces and lightly season with all purpose seasoning. Rub in the seasoning and set aside. Cut bacon pieces into bite sized pieces and set aside Season jumbo shrimp lightly with all purpose seasoning and set aside. Chop your onion and parsley and set aside Cut the broccoli head into bite size florets and set aside In a pan over medium heat , and 4-5 tbs of vegetable oil to the pan. cook chicken pieces until thoroughly cooked through and golden. About 4-5 minutes Remove from heat and set aside. Cook shrimp 2 minutes on each side, remove from heat and set aside Then cook your bacon pieces until lightly crisp. Remove from heat and set aside. In a separate pot, add water and salt (1tbs) bring to a boil. Once water is boiling , add pasta and cook according to the box directions. (Once pasta is cooked , reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining. ) Once all your meats are cooked, add 2 tbs of vegetable oil and 1 tbs of unsalted butter to the pan. Once, the butter has melted, add in your chopped onion and cook about 1-2 minutes or until nearly translucent. Then add in your garlic and ginger paste as well as your red pepper flakes. Mix well and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Then reduce heat to medium low and pour in 8 oz (half) of your half and half cream and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes. After 1-2 minutes, add in your salt , bouillon powder, black pepper, white pepper, and half of your chopped parsley. Be mindful of your salt because the cheese will lend it some salt. Its best to add little by little and let it cook. Then taste and adjust if needed. Add in your reserved pasta water and Mix well to combine and allow to cook 1-2 minutes Then shred in half of your parmesan and mix in until melted into the sauce. Then add in your cooked chicken, bacon, and shrimp and mix well to combine. Allow to cook 1-2 minutes until simmering, lightly bubbling. Stir occasionally every 30 or so seconds to check the consistency of the sauce! it shouldn’t be too thick or watery. Add your cheese gradually and cook until the consistency shown in the video is achieved. Add in your cooked pasta and thoroughly coat your pasta in that amazing sauce. Once combined harmoniously, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add in your broccoli florets and the remaining half of your half and half cream to make it extra saucy. Mix well and allow to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes stirring periodically to ensure nothing is burning.
