Welcome to Nintendo Maniac and today we will talk about Linka and Linkle! unofficially called Linka, The female version of Link, was an official character design that appeared in a Japanese tips and tactics guide book for the first The Legend of Zelda game in 1987. Linkle is a playable character in Hyrule Warriors Legends, a spin-off game for the Nintendo 3DS. She is a young woman who lives in a small village in Hyrule, where she takes care of Cuccos as a shepherd. She believes herself to be the reincarnated hero, and wears a green outfit and a compass that was given to her by her grandmother. She wields dual crossbows as her weapon and uses them along with quick kicks to attack enemies. Her story is described as a side story separate from the rest of the game’s plot.
