In Day 4 of building Bedclock, I implemented the notifications service and started improving the code structure. Until now, the app was functional. But today I focused on making it smarter and cleaner. In this session I: Implement local notifications Set up reminders for bedtime Refactor parts of the UI into reusable widgets Improve the overall structure of the app The goal is not just to make it work, but to build it properly from the start. Bedclock is slowly moving from “just a concept” to something that actually feels usable and maintainable. Still building live. Still figuring things out step by step.
