Schorsch´s advices in a nutshell: // Tip 1: The binding has to be in step in mode, therefore push the lever down. // Tip 2: Step in from behind with a 30 degree angle until the inserts hit the pins and press the toes down. Don'ts: Do not twist your foot! Do's: Step in from the back to the front until the inserts hit the pins! // Tip 3: Lift the heel two times and block the binding by pulling the lever all the way up. Don´ts: Do not only put the lever a little up but all the way otherwise the binding is not blocked for walking! Do's: The binding is blocked, when you hear a click sound. // Tip 4: How to get into the binding in deep terrain. Don´ts: Do not step in the ski in deep powder and with the ski on uneven terrain Dos: Create a little plateau with your ski, which is 90 degrees to the surface. First step in with the downward leg.
