Well, actually just one match this time. It ran a little long so I put it as its own thing. I'll also be showing my team setup before every match now. This time, I wanted to try out some of the new characters I'd got from the main story, so you'll be seeing Randolph Carter (from the Cthullu Mythos), Califia (a folklore character, apparently) and The Fox (a gender-flipped version of Zorro, though the game actually implies she's a descendant of his) Oh, and Tiger Lilly's here too, because I wanted to test how she actually did in Multiplayer. This match... probably wasn't the best indication. Testing was really the name of the game here, I'm still experimenting with the maps, mechanics and characters of this game. In particular, I've finally found out (probably a little too late) that the weak point of STEAM agents is the head and not the boiler like I initially thought. I could have saved myself a lot of hastle if I'd known that sooner, but I found out at the perfect time. (Sorry Dorothy...) Randolph is a strange character. He has a passive ability that increases the squad's weak point damage, which is why I armed him with the crossbow. His main weapon is the Unspeakable Lure, which is really useful in the main campaign but I'm not sure if it even works here. (It sort of relies on enemies being AI controlled for it to work, it forces them to move towards it) Can anyone confirm? The Fox is basically your bog-standard sniper, needs high ground to function well, does a lot of damage to weak points but is fragile. You'll see BOTH of us used her, so lots of sniping here. One notable thing about her is her weapon actually costs less Steam on Overwatch than it does normally, though you're more likely to hit weak points aiming manually, so it's a trade-off. I find her really fun to use overall. Califia is sort-of the closest thing to a sniper for explosives, her Rhino Bomber has some pretty decent range but is a little weaker than John's grenades. It's also really accurate, if you see a flashing enemy health bar, they're going to get hit, no matter how long of a shot you're making. On the downside, it costs a lot of Steam so she doesn't get to move much. Notably, Califia is the one female Heavy character in the game. This match... well, I really don't want to spoil anything. Let's just say it was interesting.
