"We just make some Asian stuff, such as green tea tiramisu or green tea custard," Soyoung Kim said. But this bakery is gaining quite a reputation for creating the mack daddy of macaroons. "This is really popular, little cookies in Paris. We are making some different types of the flavors of the cookie," Soyoung said. This bakery and café is aptly named, because the Kim family does take big joy in working together and pride in the products they create. The proof is in the tasting.
