It was a small part of the Invited Talk at Gauhati University (HRDC–UGC): Indigenous Knowledge for Health & Wellness: A Modern Self-Development Philosophy. A brief glimpse from my lecture delivered at the Gauhati University under the UGC–Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) on the theme “Indigenous Knowledge for Health & Wellness.” In this session, I shared insights connecting traditional wisdom with modern ideas of habit formation, including reflections from my translated work of the book Atomic Habits by James Clear and other books such as IKIGAI, Attitude is Everything, Kaizen etc. The talk highlights how small habits and indigenous knowledge systems together can guide us toward a more meaningful and disciplined life.
