Two parts to this tutorial video! First we take an ordinary pair of thrifted elastic waist pants and embellish them with lace to create a pair of loungewear bloomers. Then we dye them aqua with a coordinating top. The items have some synthetic materials, so we will be using RIT Dyemore. I will walk you step by step on how to dye these items on the stove top.
