Here we are - at the top of Turtle Mountain looking over the Iwokrama Rainforest. What a magical view, right?! Imagine this - driving for 12 hours through the dark jungle to get to Iwokrama, bus breaking down and all. Arriving at Iwokrama, having a quick meal and a 20 minute break then hiking 1.5 hours UP a mountain, with guitars, drums and gear on our backs ! Then when we got to the top - thunder started to rumble, the wind was intense! So, we had to hurry and set up and get this performance done in ONE take .. or else we would have been soaked at the top of a mountain.. what a thrill it was !!
