Many thanks to Ade for letting us film A B Garage Unit 167B Castle Cl Manor Lane Deeside CH5 3QX United Kingdom Phone: +44 1244 537701 Brief history: This 914 was originally a US spec car, recently imported around 2016, getting rebuilt and setup for hill climbing before Murry (the owner & friend) bought it after running one event When it needed the exhaust fixing for a blow, little did we know it was a major repair to both cylinder heads to the specially built larger Hot Rod engine The engine had in the US had a longstanding conversion of a 2056cc 'Jake Raby' conversion, who builds a lot of Hot Rod air-cooled, originally should of been a 1700cc with fuel injection is now running duel weber carburettors making a real torque monster! All the effort has been worth it keeping this sprint prepared period correct classic on tip top condition!
