WHAT'S FOR DINNER? | EASY WEEKNIGHT MEALS | EASY CROCKPOT RECIPES | TACO SOUP | NUTSTOP HAUL In today's What's for Dinner video, I've got a couple of super easy crockpot recipes for you. These slow cooker recipes are pretty much dump and go, so they are quick to get thrown in the crockpot.We'll be making a cube steak with gravy and I'm making Taco Soup for the first time. I love trying new recipes! Both of these were new and so yummy! Then I am changing up an old favorite from my blog, blondies. I'm swapping out the chocolate chips for white chocolate chips and swapping the walnuts out for macadamia nuts. This was a great new twist on one of our family favorites! NOTES: I just dumped everything in and stirred together after it had been cooking for a bit. I used unsalted cream of mushroom soup and reduced sodium gravy mix. Crocpot Taco Soup recipe: https://currentlyjess.com/2021/11/10/... NOTES: I used two cans of petite diced tomatoes. The recipe said 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of diced tomatoes or jalapenos. That seemed confusing the way it was worded, so I just used two cans of diced tomatoes. I did drain and rinse my black beans. I drained my kidney beans and drained a little off my green chiles. I didn't drain anything else. I used homemade ranch seasoning. Left off the jalapeno, but served with picked jalapenos. Blondies Recipe: https://faithfoodfamily.blogspot.com/... NOTES: Subbed white chocolate chips for the regular chocolate chips and subbed macadamia nuts for the walnuts. Ended up having to bake this a bit longer so check it at 25 minutes. It may still need a little longer depending on your oven. In my previous oven, 25 minutes was perfect.
