Popcorn Shrimp Ingredients: Medium Shrimp Flour Plain Panko Bread Crumbs Eggs Season All Black Pepper Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce Mayonnaise Sriracha Honey Minced Garlic Lemon Directions: 1. Season shrimp to taste with season all, black pepper , onion powder, garlic powder , and cayenne pepper. 2. Add 1/4 cup of hot sauce to shrimp and marinate for 2 hours. 3. In a bowl add four beaten eggs. 4. In another bowl add 2 cups of flour. Season to taste with season all, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. 4. In a separate bowl add 2 cups of panko bread crumbs and season to taste with season all. 5. Coat shrimp in egg, flour, egg again, then plain panko bread crumbs. 6. Fry at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until golden. 7. Place on wire rack to cool. Sriracha Mayo: 1. In a bowl add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of sriracha, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. 2.
