RAMBO The Video Game | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

Today we archive a game that many forgot even existed and is quite hard to get your hands on nowadays. Luckily I found a copy for my Xbox 360 and was able to record this so it can be added to the archives and not be lost to time. Rambo The Video Game was absolutely blasted by critics when it came out and one might be able to understand why. Though many would expect a third person or first person action game, instead we received an arcade action game in the spirit of Time Crisis. This means you are constantly on rails and have to take out the enemies as they pop out on screen. Knowing this many years later and getting it for a cheaper price actually managed to where I did not have such a bad time with the game since I knew what I was getting into. Ironically the studio behind this game actually would follow up to make some excellent games like Terminator Resistance and the recent Robocop. Therefore I believe they would have been able to make an awesome Rambo game when this came out, but the fault lay with the higher ups who decided it needed to be an arcade game.
