Anime workouts have finally made a return! In this video we will be training like Yuji Itadori from Jujutsu Kaisen. We will go through a full body workout that will help to build muscle, strength, endurance, fighting skills and more. Minimal equipment is needed such as a pull up bar, however if you don't have access to one I do have an alternate for that exercise as well as other exercises. That way all levels can follow along with me. All of the exercises done in this video will consist of using your bodyweight. Yuji Itadori has tremendous strength, speed, reflexes, endurance and more.
