ZUBAIR AHMAD KHAN He passed his matric and F.Sc from PAF College Peshawar and secured merit scholarships at both levels from Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. Throughout his academic career he remained as a position holder and brilliant student. Dr. Zubair Ahmad Khan completed his MBBS from Khyber Medical College in 1990 where he secured merit and excellence scholarships throughout his undergraduate career. He did house job from Khyber Teaching Hospital under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Shams ur Rehman and Prof. Surgeon M. Kabir. After completing his primary fellowship from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, he did his postgraduate fellowship training in Khyber Teaching Hospital under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmad. He did his fellowship from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in 2002 and has post fellowship experience of more than fifteen years. He has also done primary fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and is registered as a Medical Practitioner at Irish Medical Council. His work experience abroad includes working at Wexford General Hospital, Ireland and Meath Hospital Dublin, Ireland. He has served as Senior Registrar as well as Assistant Professor of Surgery at Rehman Medical Institute and is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Focal Person of Surgery at the same. He is performing his duties as Examiner at undergraduate level at Khyber Medical University. His fields of interest include General and Laparoscopic Surgery.
