I didn't want to call it too early, but Bullet is definitely insanely strong. "Overpowered" has somewhat lost it's meaning in this game (at least to me) considering all the ways to break it, but she's definitely top of the line when it comes to characters. She really just does everything effectively: extremely good AoE damage with throws, high boss damage, and large amounts of I-Frames. While also being simple to execute and understand. She's so effective, that I felt I couldn't get good enough footage for this video when using Tactics, so I ended up just switching over to No Tactics. Even then, she ended up getting a respectable clear time. Part of the reason why she's strong, is that her passive provides a 50% damage bonus that also applies to Tactic Damage. This is unheard of, as only two other damage bonuses are known to apply to Tactics, and those both sit at around a 10% damage increase. So basically, any Tactic builds that were already somewhat decent, instantly become all the more strong when put onto Bullet. Pair that with the fact that she already deals high damage on her own, and she turns into a ridiculously powerful character.
