This song (originally called "Peace & Thunder") is one that emerged during the two months that ‪@maxmaxvibe‬ and I spent together at Costa Brava to record Max' first album. The theme of opposites, that make one thing whole, has been very present the whole time. In many aspects we couldn't be more different, but that also allows us to learn a lot from each other and grow together. While we recorded this song for the album, there was a lightning happening outside, you could hear the rain and roaring thunder. In this song, softness and intensity are not battling, instead they're weaving something greater together. It becomes whole by not avoiding the contradiction, but by embracing it. A person can be gentle and fierce at the same time. There's so much beauty in acknowledging and holding both.
