"The Don" | Donovan Edwards Michigan Career Highlights (with music)

Career highlights for Michigan football legend Donovan Edwards. Video emphasis on cinematic shots. Music (instrumental only) is included, and some commentary for certain plays. Edwards arrived at Michigan as a heralded 5-star recruit from West Bloomfield High School in Michigan. Despite being a backup for the majority of his career, Edwards, nicknamed 'The Don' by Gus Johnson, often came up clutch by breaking off long runs in the biggest moments. Most notably, such moments came in Michigan's victory over Ohio State in Columbus and in the National Championship Game against Washington. This video is ultimately a tribute to The Don and his time at Michigan. I tried to include everything that best showed his slasher running style and breakaway straight line speed, elite receiving ability for a running back, and the occasional touchdown pass. Of course, there are a fair number of missing plays (particularly tough runs between the tackles), but I tried to include the most impactful moments and my favorite cinematic shots captured by the crews that work for the networks that broadcast these games.
