Geometry Dash 2.2 - RUINS by Grax (INSANE) | NCS x GD The Album Levels

The fifth level of the NCS and Geometry Dash collaboration album is called 'RUINS' by Grax! Grax is another creator I haven't heard of, and it certainly makes sense why this talented one had to be part of this collaboration series! The genre of this song is DnB, and magenta is the colour NCS uses to label this catchy genre, which explains why this colour was predominantly used for this level! Grax added other colour combinations to make this level so decorative! Also, the background decorations, block designs, camera transitions, flashy effects and fitting animations made this level so lively and thrilling to play with! The rating is quite questionable, considering how many total attempts it took to beat this level (inside and outside the event level). Many sections were auto, but I think the new 2.2 transitions, tight spaces and fast-paced movement are reasons why it can throw a lot of GD players off, especially ones new to this game! Despite many attempts during practice mode, I was able to adapt to this level quickly and completed it in normal mode without any trouble! Perhaps the arrows, pulsing circles and sparkling trails were big hints on where to tap/travel to swerve past those obstacles! Overall, this was a fantastic level to play with! Watching back at my footage, I didn't know that the ending was a mini-boss fight where you face a mechanical genie, dodge its attacks, enter inside through a gap in the eye and break its mechanical components apart! Nevertheless, this level was a masterpiece and I'm hoping to beat more legendary-rated levels like this one!
