Installed a Machine Mart pot belly stove, changed the doors and covered the veranda. We originally bought this stove from Machine Mart 6 years ago for about £100 and it served us well in the house for 4 years. We had to repair the grate with some perforated steel after burning coal in it for a while. It's of Chinese manufacture and very well built for the price. The cabin is 26 cubic mts and this stove has no problem keeping the cabin toasty warm even in the coldest weather. Would thoroughly recommend it for cabins or sheds. Since this video was made we realized that there should be a ventilated air gap between the board behind the stove and the timber wall. We have now placed a large piece of sheet steel behind the stove with a ventilated air gap between the sheet steel and the fireproof board. This acts like a radiator reflecting more heat into the cabin and the wall doesn't get so hot. This video is for entertainment purposes only, Please observe any safety codes in your area.
