TIME TO GET SHREDDED GUYS! The bulk has come to an end and now, it's time to show off the gains I have made during my massing phase. We are starting with 6,000 calories. A considerable deficit compared to my peak bulk of 7,400 calories. Now, I know 6,000 calories are some peoples bulking diet but as you guys know, I am very active and my appetite is considerable higher than most. Thankfully, I can still enjoy my cereal in the morning (for now) and you will notice certain meals that will be staples in my cutting diet from now on.
