The Medina River Natural Area is a 511-acre property on the southern part of San Antonio that has 7 miles of trails with interpretive features representing the El Camino Real wagon trail. Come stroll or ride along the Medina river under a canopy of pecan and bald cypress trees, and then explore a completely different landscape along the high ridge with cactus and honey mesquite on the open plains.
