Having the honour to be interviewed by our CEO, I've shared my goals & vision for this year is to helped more clients achieve their Assets Progression Plans and Paying it Forward to my teammates to attained their personal breakthroughs. Having been in the Propnex for more than 6 years, Don Tay has achieved many milestones, and he has been a consistent top performer. Don shared, “I started my real estate journey in a small firm after leaving the Navy and did a switch in 2016 to PropNex. Now, I have a small team of 15 salespersons, and my personal goal this year is to help my team achieve more breakthroughs this year.” On 15 December 2021, the Government dropped an announcement that new Singapore property cooling measures would be implemented the next day. “There will always be people benefitting from the real estate market despite the cooling measures. Many Singaporeans are taking advantage of the current situation as the pricing of new launches are truly attractive.” Don highlighted. Quoting Don, “PropNex has changed my life in the last 6 years, it is a place where I have a sense of belonging, and it has built not just my career but my character. A sales job can be stressful at times, but I am thankful that this is a place where I can say I am happy doing it.” Congratulations once again to Don Tay for your outstanding performance for the Month of December 2021.
