Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Add melted butter to a large bowl. Then mash the 3 bananas in that same bowl. 3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs and keep mixing until there are no yellow streaks. 4. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (mochiko, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon). 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and use a spatula to stir. 6.
