S10E1:New season challenges and early starts.

Our farm season here in central Minnesota is just getting going. We've done a lot of planning and preparing so far but now things are starting to happen outside! Our pasture raised egg laying flock will be transitioning out onto pasture soon so we are rebuilding their mobile range coop. We are just starting to plant out vegetables in the garden beds which have been laying dormant all winter. We are excited to see how the fertility plays out this year as we grow tons of nutrient dense crops for our CSA. Our pasture raised soy free chickens are not here yet but we've prepped the brooder for them. Our grass fed finished beef has not arrived yet but we're ready when they do. Our main challenge is that our team needs to expand this year so we can keep sustainably growing nutritious and regenerative food for our community long into the future.
