Deccan Queen Full Journey | Pune to Mumbai | Beautiful Bhor Ghat in Monsoon Monsoons bring out nature's very best. Couple it with a train journey on a hilly terrain and there's nothing which comes close to this surreal experience. The Mumbai Pune route is such a great route to travel in monsoons. What makes it so special is the beautiful Bhor Ghat section between Karjat and Lonavala. Waterfalls and valley views aplenty. The inner child within you screams in joy as you enter and exit the tunnels. It is simply amazing to say the least. Today we are taking the legendary 12124 Deccan Queen Express from Pune to Mumbai covering the beautiful Bhor Ghats. It departs Pune at 7:15 am and reaches Mumbai CSMT at 10:25 am. It is one of the fastest trains between the two cities. The Deccan Queen is one of my favourite trains to travel in and I have covered it more than any other train on my channel. It was therefore fitting to do this journey in this train rather than any of the other trains running between Mumbai and Pune. The rain gods were kind to me as it rained throughout the journey which meant I got to witness plenty of waterfalls along the way. While my main focus was to cover the ghat section, I didn't forget the Pune and Mumbai suburban section. There are station skips aplenty, crossings with express trains and of course the local EMU trains. I tried to cover as many things as possible to make this journey compilation as close to a real journey which you can experience.
