Championship match at the March Madness Bowling Tournament at Sterling Lanes in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. After grinding through and bowling in match play as the #4 seed, I’ve made it to the final match where I face the #3 seed. This tournament has been a challenge from the start, and throughout the block I’ve had to fight to stay lined up and make the right adjustments. In this match, I found myself stuck between urethane and reactive, never fully getting a clean look to the pocket. It became a battle of execution, decision-making, and staying mentally locked in despite not having a great ball reaction. Even though I didn’t come out on top in this match, this tournament was a huge learning experience. Sometimes it’s not about winning—it’s about what you take away and how you grow from it.
