In this entry: We revisited a steak restaurant that once gave us one of the best steak experiences we ever had, back in October 2025 when Papa John and Mama Lily were visiting Tokyo. We walked in remembering how impressed we were, expecting the same standard. Instead, we were served one of the worst steaks we have ever had. It was the first time we felt truly disappointed by a culinary experience in Japan. To their credit, the restaurant re-did our steaks without charge, and the second round was better than the first. But for the price we paid, it still fell far short. We honestly could not recommend it to anyone in good conscience.
