This is an instructional video for a scalable 16 foot cardboard reusable Pinewood Derby Track. Super simple and costs less than $20. How to build a pinewood derby track? There are so many uses for cardboard! We normally source our cardboard from a local bed store, but we had a bunch left over from another project. You could easily add a section of track to make this 24 feet rather than 16 foot, however we ran 90 – 100 races and found this to be a good size for our space. This Pinewood Derby Track will store well, has a relatively high weight capacity and is very durable. You need to watch out for moisture. Even a small amount of rain would destroy this track.
