How to Change spring: All you need to be careful is don't let the cap hit you when you remove the bolt as the cap is under spring load when you change sprinig. so please use vise to clamp down the rod or change spring when actuator rod is hooked on the turbo flapper arm. Steps: 1. Use a vice to clamp down the rod and remove bolt on the cap. 2. Remove the actuator from the clamping device carefully as the cap is still under spring load. 3. Remove the cap and upper spring support with rod. 4. Change the spring and make sure lower spring support in the right groove in the lower housing. 5. Ensure there is copper Anti-Seize paste on the O-Ring and piston. 6. Reassemble in reverse order. 7. Use pressured air through nipple fitting to ensure that wastegate actuator could work well. 8.
