The business programs at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, allow you to enter the workforce immediately upon program completion or transfer your credits to a four-year institution. Now that can be anywhere from accounting to leadership, to management to marketing. To hospitality and tourism courses to culinary courses. Of course, you know it's all about social media and digital media marketing right now and we have that course here at HACC already. Also how to interact with people because business is not just about business, it's about people. So they get a really great experience working in teams. We have a lot of hands-on like with presentations. But you can kind of come here and experience different steps in business taking different classes and kind of try to figure out exactly which one best fits you and what you want to do. After students complete the business program, many of them go directly to work some of them get better positions where they're at, and others might transfer to four-year colleges. I graduated from HACC in fall 2016 and I earn an accounting degree. And I graduated in 2017 in associate degree in accounting. I work at IREX Corporation as a payroll processor I do hourly payroll. So I currently work as a marketing research assistant at the Hershey Company. I definitely believe that HACC has prepared me for a four-year institution. HACC has provided me with the skills I needed to succeed in the workforce. And I really hope that other people that come to HACC can find their niche like I did too. So lots of exciting courses to take here and I think it's a great value for your money.
