Time to look Within the MIDI again! In this series, we do analyses of all kinds of Doom WAD MIDIs to see what makes them sound great by understanding the stories and music theory behind them. In this fifth episode, we'll be taking a slightly different approach as we explore esselfortium's modern classic, "Entering", released in 2012 with Back to Saturn X - Episode 1: Get Out of My Stations. Considered one of the most atmospheric Doom MIDIs of all time, "Entering" was written during a period where the custom Doom music scene was really taking off. Between its steady acoustic guitars and gentle strings, it's a track that will leave you pensive and maybe even a little sentimental, but will still give you a sense of excitement for adventure all the same. ► Listen to All of essel's BTSX E1 Music: https://esselfortium.bandcamp.com/alb... ♫ Thank you for watching! ♫ ► More Doom MIDI Deep Dives: • Within the MIDI (Doom Music Analysis) ► Subscribe to the Phobos Amphitheater: / @thephobosamphitheater ► My Gaming Channel: / @lightningboltforever #doommusic #withinthemidi
