I'm also the president of Flora Cannabis, which is Nevada's largest organic cultivation facility, and also the president of Evergreen Organics, which was established in 2015. And is Nevada's longest running edible company. I'm here today to give you a rundown of what we're going to go over and the cultivation of central courses if you were to sign up. So the first thing we're going to go over is an introduction to cultivation facilities. I'm going to give you a detailed virtual tour of cannabis. We're going to go over each different job requirement, the specific requirements to work in the cultivation facility. And you're going to have a really good idea of basically what a cultivation facility does from start to finish. Next, we're going to talk about the cannabis plant. We're going to go over the plant lifecycle, cannabinoids and turbines. We'll go over growing methods, introduction and nutrients and basically teach you how to grow the plant and how it's grown in a cultivation facility that is a commercial cultivation facility versus something that you grow at your home. Next, we're going to go over pest control, which is integrated pest management, and then also the personal protective equipment that you have to wear while working in a cultivation facility. Next, we'll go over trimming. I'm going to give you an idea of how to have longevity as a trimmer, how to be a really good trimmer where you can pump out a lot of weight and just there is a lot to know about trimming that will go over there as well. Next, we're going to go over order fulfillment. There's a lot to do with order fulfillment in the cultivation facility. That's how everything gets sold. I mean, if you're not doing that part of the job or not, you're not part of a cultivation facility. So that's a big requirement as well to understand that. And then last but not least, we'll go over lab testing. Furthermore, we're going to have more advanced courses down the road. We'll teach advanced cultivation methods and then also help you to advance your career in a cultivation facility by offering even more advanced courses down the road.
