Villa Maria 2 is located in Toroni Village, the second pensiula of Chalkidiki named Sithonia and it is just 30m from the sandy beach. It offers self-catering accommodation, with air conditioning and a balcony with chairs and a table. Some rooms have see view, some garden view. There is also a kitchenette with cooking hobs and a refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. On all windows and balcony door the mosquitos’ nets are present. Free WiFi is available throughout. Free private parking is possible on site. We had 4-beds room, one double bed and a bunk bed. The towels were available. They were replaced together with the linen every 3 days. At the same time the apartment was cleaned. The sorrounding is very quiet and distanced from other balconies and rooms, so we had the full privacy. We had the see view and really enjoyed our time during the rest time of the day. Villa offers the parking space inside the property yard, so the car is not on the street. If you would like to check in the villa, the reception is just couple of villas up the street, in the Villa Maria 1. The owner is very hospitable and available to his guests. Next to the villa is excellent gyros shop, always full with guests. Very good equiped supermarket is just 30m in the main street along the beach, and next to it is the bus station where the local bus collects passangers to other parts of Sithonia or to the Polygyros, the administrative center of this prefecture.
