We got out on a very hot day just to get some exercise, test out my new trail runners, and to enjoy the day. While we did manage to do most of that, the spider webs made our walk in the woods a little more challenging. The heat will definitely affect you and you will not even know it until it hits you all of a sudden. We were very tired by the time we got back to the truck. On this trip we found a bear bag that had been ripped opened by a bear (the teeth marks and puncture holes were clearly visible). It was hung away from the campsite but the bear still got it. It was a six mile round trip.
