In this Die Hard Full Body Kettlebell + Bodyweight HIIT we are having 20x movements. We are going to perform each 5x movements for 2x rounds in a row and then we will move to the next 5x movements. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between the exercises. After the first 10 movements we will have a 50 seconds water break. You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
