xjView 9.5 Release

xjView 9.5 now enables Family Wise Error Rate (FWER) correction for T and F images. Now in the new interface, you will see a FWE box next to the FDR box. After opening a T or F test image, enter the desired FWE p value in the “FWE p=” box, and press enter. If there is a SPM.mat file in the same folder as the image, xjView will automatically load it and show the activations meet the criteria. If xjView couldn’t find the corresponding SPM.mat file, a window will pop out and ask you to select one. Now xjView 9.5 only supports FWER correction for a single T or F image, in either the positive or negative (for T contrasts) direction. xjView 9.5 also has a new feature in the Volume function.
