The Great Former Kingdom in Benin, notably Ouidah and its ADMITTED role in the African Slave Trade, undermines the Hebrew Israelite argument that Hamitic Africans captured and sold Hebrew Africans into slavery. Fact is, if indeed Ouidah was the capital of this big time Hebrew Israelite kingdom, then it was COMPLICIT in the Slave Trade, something they admit to in these modern times. This does NOT indicate ALL Africans, by ANY stretch, were into this trade so I do NOT want to be misunderstood as making some broad claim.
