Die 4. Rundreise durch Andalusien führt uns in die „Alhambra“ in Granada. Die Alhambra ist eine Stadtburg auf dem Sabikah-Hügel von Granada die als eines der schönsten Beispiele des maurischen Stils der islamischen Kunst gilt. Die Burganlage ist etwa 740 m lang und bis zu 220 m breit. Im Osten ist ihr der Sommerpalast Generalife vorgelagert. Der Sommerpalast „Generalife“ mit seinen Wasserspielen im Innenhof ist ein Touristenmagnet. Weiter geht es zum Palast Karls des V. mit seinem runden Innenhof im Renaissance-Stil. Den Höhepunkt bilden die Naṣridenpaläste (Palacios Nazaries), und mit ihren Gärten sind sie das Herzstücke der Alhambra. Im Löwenhof mit seinem Brunnen, der von 12 steinernen Löwen getragen wird, zeigt sich die vollendete Baukunst. Abschließend besuchen wir die „Alcazaba“, sie bildet das Bollwerk der Alhambra. The highlight are the Naṣridenpalaces (Palacios Nazaries), and with their gardens they are the heart of the Alhambra. In the Löwenhof with its fountain, which is carried by 12 stone lions, the perfect architecture can be seen.
