In this video I will tell you about my rare error coin of Iraq. This is 1 Fils issued by Republic of Iraq in 1959 (1379). I inherited this valuable coin from my late grandfather. He bought this coin from a friend in Iraq many years back. The unique thing about this coin is its weight. Regular normal 1 Fils coins of 1959 are 2.5 gram while this coin is 2.75 gram. Why is it so heavy, is unknown. But due to this fact it is considered as an extremely rare error coin. My grandfather advised me to keep this coin in a safe place away from dust and moisture. Metal composition of this coin is bronze. Diameter is 19.0 mm. Its shape is decagonal (10-sided). Its a beautiful coin with clear inscription and design. Script on obverse and reverse is in Arabic.
